Malpractice Statute

Can you persue a MP action after 2 years, if the negligence is learned after the 2 yr period.

The answer is a definite maybe. In order to fully evaluate this, I would need to speak to you directly. There are exceptions to the Statute of Limitations (SOL) and I will not go through a full explanation here. However, if you learn of the malpractice or injury at a time after the event, then it is possible for the SOL to be "tolled".
