Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Neighbor child injured on my property

My neighbor's daughter (age 9) rides her dirt bike on a private deeded right-of-way dirt lane; comes up my driveway (which is on a steep hill) to turn around, then goes flying back down the drive. If she gets hurt on my property, am I liable? I plan on sending them a registered letter asking them please not to have her do this and posting a ''No Trespassing'' sign to cover myself if that will help?? There are 7 neighbors on this lane, and this particular neighbor has had problems before with almost all of us, so I can not personally speak with them in a calm ''neighbor chat'' and I can see a disaster waiting to happen, but more important, I would feel terrible if anything happened to this child. Thank you for any possible ideas you have that I can protect myself from a law suit. I did a search on your site, but didn't come up with any Q & A on this one.

Definitely post "No Trespassing " signs.......and take dated pictures the day you put them up for proof in case something happens. I represented an owner of property where ATVs frequented and the signs helped tremendously. A call or 2 to the police also helps after the signs are posted.
