nj limited tort - accident was in another state

i am a registered and insured nj driver who was involved in an accident in louisiana with a registered louisiana driver at fault. does my nj limited tort still apply if the other driver was at fault and is a registered louisiana driver?

probably not. However, if the case becomes an Uninsured or underinsured motorist case, you will revert back to the selection in your policy
