Parental neglect/ personal injury ?

I was injured by a juvenial in an attempt to stop the juvenail from attacking his mother iwas stabbed in the chest. The juvenial has pled guilty and has been sentenced. the home owners has denied my claim , can I sue the parents for lost wages?

There are probably very few ways to hold the parent liable, however, you can sue the kid, get a judgment, then file a declaratory judgment action against the indurance company or take an assignment from the kid to sue the insurance company for denying coverage.
