You should speak to your attonrey and find out why there has not been a disbursement. Normally, money should be disbursed within 7 business days. However, there may be a reasonable explanation which may even prohibit the attorney from disbursing. However, you are entitled to know specifically why the money is not being disbursed. If you do not get a reasonable response within a reasonable time, you should immediately contact the Office of Attrorney Ethics. Do not go there jsut becuase you cannot get him on the phone the first time you call. Good luck.
