Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Personal Injury in a City Park, do I have a case?

While walking home from school one day in October of 2003, my daughter fell on some wet leaves in Irvington Park, Irvington, New Jersey, a public park. She suffered a broken wrist and as a result was taken to the Emergency Room at Irvington General Hospital, where subsequently she was transported to St. Barnabus Hospital where she received a cast. It has been over a year since the incident and she still complains about pain in her wrist. Do we have a case against the city of Irvington?

you may. you must show that the city legft those leavwes on the ground for a long time, knew or should have known about them and were disregarded the safety of others as a result of it. These cases are not easy, but are winnable. You must also show that the injury is permanent. If you need a rererral let me know.. my practicwe is basically from Middlesex coConty south, but i used to have an ofice in Edison and have a lot of resources int hat area.
