Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey
Personal Injury due to negligence and product malfunction
My minor son was invloved in a head on collision due to drinking at a party where alcohol was present and the parents were not. In addition I believe that the airbag in the car did not deploy fully. He has long term permanent physical damage to his face back and brain. What should I do and how do I do it? I am not sure of the area of law this would fall under.

there are two areas, one is a product defect and the other is premises liability, i.e. letting a minor drink at the home. My firm can help. If interested, give me a call
