Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Hi-I have an injury that is keeping me from getting my medical license returned due to the occasional use of pain medication. I was injured at Home Depot in 7/06 and then reinjured in a Motor vehicle accident on 9/07. There is a MAJOR loss of income as a result of these. Can anyone help me and work with the attorney who is helping me get my license back?
