Reopen of a automobile accident

My question is that I settled a car accident about 4 or 5 years ago. Recently I was diagnose with Fibronmyalgia. I have a MRI of sever bulging disk. I have been on and off of disability for the last 7 years due to a undiagnose illness. My Fibronmyalgia is from post tramatic trama and possibly from post surgery trama. Now that I am diagnose with Fibronmyalgia and I am getting ready to go disability, I want to know if the case can be reopened.
