Re-suing

I was in an auto accident and settled out of court for pain and suffering before knowing I needed 2 surgeries so far. Is there a way to sue the driver from the accident again?

generaaly no. You should hoever, review the release that was signed. But chances are that you relinquished your rights at settlement.
