Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Slip and Fall

I had fallen in the food store today and filed an accident report with the store manager. I am experiencing pain in my knee and lower back. I am scheduled to meet with a doctor on Wednesday. If there are no long lasting reproductions of the injuries am I still able to file a suit.

You can file suit if you were injured or if you have medical bills that need to be paid. Be mindful that there a number of issues that arise when making claims for premises liability cases such as yours. The supermarket must have done something wrong. Please make sure that you get advise from an attorney. There are many qualified lawyers that can give you proper advise. I would be happy to talk about your case for free. Please call with any questions

Re: Slip and Fall

If you are injured you can sue. On the other hand a minor injury that clears up after a few days is not worth a lawyer's time. You should call me after you see the doctor and know what the injury is.

Call me if you like.

Re: Slip and Fall

It sounds as if you have a case. Plus, at this point, you have no idea whether or not you have any long-term injuries. Give me a call to discuss your recovery.

HI-

There is a two year statute of limitations in cases like these in NJ - IF you are injured in a slip and fall you do not need to do show a permanent injury (like you might in some auto cases). At this point, I would advise you to seek a medical opinion and to evaluate what your injuries are. You should also make sure you receive all necessary treatment for this injury. The decision can then be made after this evaluation to determine if a legal claim should be made on your behalf.

If you would like to discuss this further, you may call me for a free consultation at: 9736869787
