can i sue a car manufacturer if i am injured in a car even if i cause the accident while driving recklessly

If you cause the accident, then the manufacturer isn't responsible for it. But if your injuries are more severe than what such an accident could have produced, you may have a claim on that basis. You would have to show that the added injuries are the manufacturer's fault, either because your car was defective and/or because of defects in the design itself. And you would only be entitled to recover the difference between the value of the injuries you actually suffered and those you would have suffered without the defects.
If your injuries are due to or exacerbated by an automotive product defect, and would not have occurred absent that defect, then you may have a viable claim.
