Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was sued in a civil lawsuit for an accident in which my minor son was involved. During this time I filed a bankruptcy and this lawsuit was discharged in my bankruptcy. However this civil lawsuit was continued against my Son. My question: If this lawsuit is settled who will be signing settlement paper since my son is a minor and I can't because this lawsuit is already discharged in my bankruptcy. ( *I am a single parent)
