Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I took a supplement called Kryptonite as a workout supplement. After 3 weeks I was admitted to the hospital with sever liver trouble and kidney failure. I was actually in ICU in critical condition.

I am slowly getting back to nomal but came very close to dying. Do I have any legal rights against this supplement.

The critical question is: can we get a medical professional to say definitively that the supplement CAUSED the injury, and it is dangerous to people in general?
