Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Tooth Inured by food on flight

I was flying internationally on a US airlines from JFK.

The airlines served a food (Dessert) and when I bite it to eat, I found a hard object that broke by tooth bridge and I was in pain. I discussed with flight staff and flight manager and request to file a report and some pain medication. They gave a report form which I compled and gave to the staff with the object in food. I requested a copy of the report which they gave me but it was not signed. Flight staff did not gave me any pain medication, I took my own pain medicine.

I get my tooth checked and dentist told my bridge is twisted. I have problem usinging the side. Later it devloped complecations and one of my tooth was extracted and bridge cut off.

The airline is not responding to my requests and referring me to the food company and they have not replied any of my letter/calls.

I am still in pain.

Can someone suggest what are my options?

I will appreciate your help,

Re: Tooth Inured by food on flight

You may have claim against both the airlines and the food manufacturer. One issue is whether what was found in your food is something that a person might expect to be there such as bones in fish. I would be happy to discuss this matter further.
