Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey
I was walking on the sidewalk at about 9:30 PM -poorly lit-and I tripped on an uneven sidewalk (seems like roots from a tree pushed the sidewalk up about 3 - 4 inches) in front of a local business-I fell and broker my Hamate Hook and I'm in a cast. First do you think I have a case?? How much do you think I would be entitled to?

You may have a claim that can be made against various potential defendants (including property owners or municipalities). This firm has handled numerous cases surrounding accidents of this nature. We'd need additional information in order to evaluate your potential claim. Please feel free to contact me or any of my partners at the Blume Goldfaden Firm via the profile information provided on this site. We look forward to speaking with you, and will assist you in any way we can.

you may have a case. It is difficult to place a value on any case without talking to the injured victim and looking at the medical records. I would also need to see the defect. Please call me with anuy questions.
Hi
Sounds like you do have a case- To proceed on a personal injury claim in NJ you need 2 things- 1) Somebody must have done something wrong that caused your injury (in this case not properly maintaining the sidewalk) and 2) you must have an injury- which you clearly do-
Feel free to give me a call at 973 686-9787 and we can talk about this further-
