Legal Question in Product Liability in New Jersey

Potential Vioxx/Celebrex Cases?

My father died in 2001. He suffered from arthritis and was often given samples of the medication, Vioxx from his physician. He was 78 and had a history of marginal hypertension as well as depression. He often complained of numbness. He had a stroke suddenly in October of 2001 and died in November 2001. Additionally, my mother died in 2004 of kidney failure. Her medical history included diabetes and arthritis. She was 75 and was on the medication Celebrex. Her kidney specialist immediately took her off of this medication once she found out. Are there any potential cases here?
