Legal Question in Product Liability in New Jersey
My vehicle was recently reposessed from my parking lot, i payed for it and got it back the next day, however when i picked it up, it had some mechanical damage from the tow, the repair bills are upto $7,000.00 how do i get the responsible parties to pay for the repairs?

File a claim with your insurance company or take the loan company and the repo company to small claims court.
