Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

In 2009 I had bankuptcy and gave up my home due to a pre foreclosure notice and went to the courts.Trustee agreed and went threw with bankuptcy and I gave up the home.Since the mortage company sold mortgage to another and said I have to pay tax's and home owners Ins?Our other mortgage company paid all.And now home is in hands of Management company.What are my rights?

There is a good possibility that the debt was discharged in bankrupcy. Consult an attorney who handles bankruptcy in your area. If the debt was discharged, it is unlawful for the creditor to attempt to collect once they have notice.
