Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

right of way; access

My neighbors drive over my land to get to their buildings rather than take the currently established longer ''right of way'' path.

For now their driving is okay. However, I do NOT want to loose 100% rights to my land. What annual reminder should I post to them to reassert my exclusive rights to the land?

There are a couple of ways to do this, but you really would need to sit down with an attorney to get a permanent fix to this problem.
