Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

age restriction of rentals

I own a summer vacation single family home at the Jersey Shore. Can I request that my realtor advertise and rent my property only to those tenants over 25? He tells me that you cannot descriminate by age in the state of NJ under fair housing laws. Is he correct?
