Appraisal Lawsuit

I am a real estate appraiser that has been served with a summons from the law divsion of essex for a property that I appraised two years ago. What type of lawyer can I hire?

It dependa on what the complaint says. I am guessing that there is a claim for fraud or negligence in there somewhere. My firm handles matters of this type, however it may be easier for you to work with a lawyer whose office is closer to you. If I can be of further help to you, call or email.
