Asked to move within 30 days
My landlady emailed us on July 3rd to let us know that she would like to move in on August 5th. What does the law state if we are unable to find somewhere within the time given?

the notice is defective. if the LL is entitled to personally occupy the premises she must serve you with a 2 month notice with demand for possession.
