Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Attorney malpractices by representing Seller

I hired an attorney to represent me in a real estate transaction, of which I was the buyer.

I found out later my former attorney knew the seller personally, and he advised the seller that my action to enter the new construction site constituted a breach of the contract.

My attorney helped draft a letter on behalf of the seller that my action to enter the new construction site constituted a breach of contract.

The seller then used the letter as a reason to cancel the contract.

Two attorneys reviewed the contract and both agree that the seller does not have such right.

Can I sue for damages, malpractice and who do I go after to collect my deposit money and damages for the pain, suffering and time wasted ?
