Can an attorney represent himself at settlement?

Can an attorney represent himself at settlement if purchasing a commercial property as an LLC?

Yes. But, if the property is located in a state in which he doesn't practice, I don't recommend it. If I were he/she, I would use a local attorney familar with that state's laws.
