Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Big mess

I had a closing done in may 1st 3 days later after my closing and me moving in i had a call saying that the closing was cancel because the owner of the property had file for bancarupcy and was dismiss so the property had all this line. They a gree to rent the property untill all this was fixed but they took 3 month to wright a lease and now they whant to charge me back rent plus security deposit all this and they wont be resposible for any damages to the apartment. I have not signed a lease with them and i will be moving out of the apartment... But can they go after me to get money back??? i had a closing and had a signed deed to this propety and now they whant to geet money out of me.. Plus the property is going to foreclosure because they are not paying the bank.... and they owe me 600.00dl.....

I don't understand your questions because all of those issues should have been addressed by your title company. It is unheard of these days to buy real estate without a title company. There is so much more information that is needed to answer your questions properly. You need a lawyer immediately.
