can a brother put his name on a deed to a house

32 acre horse farm/with house on property,as residuary beneficiuary 1 brother owns house,other brother is left the horse business, both brothers are left 1/2the acreage equally theres 1 deed which brothers name should be on the deed? both are now but the brother who owns the business now thinks he owns 1/2 the house what can we do? legally

What ever papers you have on this matter including your father's will and all deeds for the property should be brought to an attorney in order to get the proper answer. If there is one deed with both names on it, the house would be included in the deed and owned by the current Grantee(s) on the Deed.
