buying a home

i looked at a home on leased land where they charge lot rent the owner gave me a price on a 2005 manufactured home i counter offered w/a fair price he agreed so i applied 4 a loan was approved then 6 weeks later he said he couldnt sell cause he needs an office on premices[this was his office] so sorry no sale it took time an money to clear everything an get a loan now i cant find a compatable price range an the bank wont hold on much longer do i have rites for this shouldnt he of known this beings hes in business

Unless you have a written contract you probably can't enforce the agreement. If you do have a written contract, its terms will determine whether or not you have a remedy and what it is.
