campground trailer
I want to sell a trailer I own in a campground in N.J. The campground told me that I have to sell the trailer through them and they get 10% of the sale. They also told me that because my trailer is twenty years old, I can not sell it after this year. But the campground continues to sell twenty year old trailers that they own. Can they do this?
