Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

My car was towed.

My landlord had my car towed because I was parked according to my landlord illegaly. The towing service that they authorized to tow my vehichle damaged my car. Who is responsible? My landlord? The tow service? Both?

I would sue both of them. Does your lease have anything in it about parking? If so, did the landlord follow the lease provisions? If not, he is equally responsible. Even if he followed the rules, he may have secondary liability.
