Re: name change on deed

Simply record a new Deed from yourself, under the married name, to yourself under the maiden name. You do not say why you returned to your maiden name. Were you divorced? If so, what does your property settlement agreement say about the house? There may be more information required in the new Deed other than just the name change, so title is clear in case you ever want to sell it. I need more information to give you a better answer than the simplistic one set forth above.
