Commercial real estate investing - LLC or C-Corp

I am in the process of starting a commercial real estate investing business for holding purposes. Is it better to form an LLC or a C-Corp for my business?

I prefer the LLC for many reasons, including ease of use, simillar creditor protection, less costly tax returns, etc. If you need more information, contact me directly.
