Must Condo fees be paid at closing or can I pay a month or so after closing?

Are they legally allowed to stop the closing if not paid at closing?

pay at closing. your mortgage company will demand it be paid or they will not lend you the mortgage money to buy the condo.

why is your lawyer not answering your questions? fire your lawyer and hire one who does answer you. these are simple, important questions.
