Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
My condo is "for sale". My problem is one of the condo owners has not paid their association fees and it is hurting my chance of selling, since we are considered non=solivent. Can I sue them for the loss of prospective purchasers.

What is non solvent. You cannot sue the other owner for non payment. Taske it up with the association
