What is considered real property? Is livestock considered real property?

Livestock is not real property. Real property is land and things affixed to the land more or less permanently (such as buildings, towers, fences, etc) excepting things grown on the land with the intention that they be removed and sold (crops). Since livestock is not affixed to the land, it is not real property.
