Re: contract dispute
What's in the contract is there regardless of what the realtor says was supposed to be there. If your inspection shows that there is no refrigerator, at settlement your lawyer should negotiate a credit to you for the price of a refrigerator. At a minimum, there should be an escrow for the price of a refrigerator plus an allowance to administer and close the escrow.
If I can be of further help to you, call or email.
