contract dispute

i am buying a new home, in the contract they list the appliances which will be included. we went to the house and there was no refrigerator which is in the contract. thier realtor now is saying it was not to be in the contract 1 day before closing. what are my rights

What's in the contract is there regardless of what the realtor says was supposed to be there. If your inspection shows that there is no refrigerator, at settlement your lawyer should negotiate a credit to you for the price of a refrigerator. At a minimum, there should be an escrow for the price of a refrigerator plus an allowance to administer and close the escrow.
