Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
im currently dating and i am 17 years of age. the boy that i am going with now is 18 years of age. in the periods of time he would come to my home and my mother found out about it. could she call the police for him trespassing even though i consented to him in my house?

If you invite him to where you live, he is not a trespasser.
