which deed form to file

My husband currently owns the property, and he wants to add my name to it. I am his wife. Which form should we file?

Either a Quit Claim Deed or a regular Deed will suffice. There are forms that need to be attached, so it may be better if an attorney assisted you. If you need help, contact me directly.
