You do not explain the purpose of the transfer which might have a bearing on a complete answer. They need to do a simple Deed from them to you, but some additional documents are required to be added, before the new Deed can be recorded. I suggest contacting a real estate attorney, like myself, to assist you. The fee is minimal (less than $100), plus recording charges of about another $50. If there is some special reason to do this, contact me directly, as there could be tax ramifications involved.
