how do i change deed from personal to a llc

If the property is financed, you will have to pay off the mortgage first so that you have clear title. Then you could sell the property to the LLC or use it as a contribution to capital. Which is best depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

It is difficult to imagine why you would want to do such a thing. You should consult a lawyer before you do anything with transferring title before you do something that you did not intend to do.
