Is there a Will? If so, the Executor performs these functions. If no Will, has someone been appointed Administrator? If you are past Probate, a Power of Attorney from all the owners will work. You need to consult with an attorney to determine the correct way to proceed. Contact me if you are conveniently located near my office in Nutley.

Any of the siblings can give a power of attorney to another.
