My wife and I constructed an addition on to our daughters house. The addition was quite expensive. Unfortunately she is now going through a divorce. What, if any, is our recourse in getting back the money we put into the addition.

this gets sticky very quickly. you really need a divorce attorney (her divorce will affect your rights, and your claim will have an effect on her), and you should get some advice sooner rather than later.
