Divorced wants to sell house without changing mortgage

I divorced 6 months ago and my ex received the house, the mortgage still is in my name and he won't put it in his because he doesn't want to pay the refinance charges. Now he wants to sell the house and still won't put it in his name, can he do that?

Get a divorce attorney to give you some advice. That should not cost more than a couple hundred dollars. It sounds like you got divorced without a lawyer's help.
