earnest monies
i was in the process of purchasing a home but unable due to not obtaining financing by the contigency date, how long before i get my deposit returned my lawyer told me he is working on the matter with the sellers lawyer.

it should not take very much time at all to get your money back. get an explanation from your lawyer as to what is going on.
