Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Easement for access. Does this easement allow parking on the land? The land outlined in the easement is adjacent to Lot XX. "Easement is for the purpose of access for parking for vehicular traffic to Lot XX".

Is this the complwte agreement. YHou should sit down with an attorney such as myself to draw up a more specifeic easement.

I would need to read over the entire easement document to tell you anything about it. Sometimes the agreements were drawn carefully, sometimes not, so I would have to look at it to tell you what it allows and does not allow. That should not take a lot of time (should not cost very much).

And the deeds to the properties may change what the result is. If this is important enough to get a lawyer's help, then just give me a call.
