Evicition for making to much money
If you currently live in an apartment complex and you were advise that due to your income you would have to move, no where in the lease does it state you have to make a certin amount. Your landlord stated that they will not put it in writing that you have to move, but they would give you moving expense and $3,000 to leave. You have 10 days to move. The apartment complex states your income is to high

You do not say what type of apartment this is. Rent controlled, subsidized, senior citizen or regular or some other type. This may have a bearing on the right to evict you, or increase your rent. Some apartments, especially if subsidized, do have income limitations and the eviction may be legal, if you surpass the limit. Since the landlord is offering an incentive, it may also be a ploy to get you out to convert the units to some other type of entity (e.g., going condo or coop). I need more information to assist you.
