Eviction too fix apartment

Within a four family dwelling is it possible to break a lease in order to make much needed repairs to an apartment.

You need to provide much more specific details about the nature of the repairs, whether you have been cited by state or local authorities regarding the repairs, whether the tenant is complaining or withholding rent.
