Eviction

I received a letter from my property manager on 9/4/02 stating ''Notice to Cease'' I was not recycing my trash and if I continue I will be served with and eviction notice. I went out and bought recycing bags to eliminate any problems On Wensday 9/25 I received a letter terminating my tenancy as of 12/1/02 and if I don't legal actions will be bought against me.I spoke with the manager he stated him and the superintendent went throught the grabage 3X onMonday /23/02 and found I had put paper in the wrong recycing bind.And I would have to follow the instruction of the letter. I am a divorce mother of one child who suffers with Asthma. What should I do? I can't afford to move.

Recycling is a requirement in almost every community on residents. The community, along with the recycler sets the requirements and improper reccycling may result in fines and penalties for those who fail to follow the rules. I suggest you write indicating you will comply and take precautions that you properly recycle for here on.
