Eviction-Non payment of Rent

My landlord initiated an eviction for non-payment of rent for 3months. I have 2 months and will have the other 1 month the day after the court date...can I pay the 2 months rent now and ask to pay the remaining month the day after the court?

You should go to Court, offer to pay the 2 months immediately, and the balance within a week. This should get you the ability to continue the lease, if this has not happened before and does not happen again.
